Greenfield Colonial Barn
The Greenfield Colonial Barn, one of our most popular colonial styles comes
standard with Z-shutters, flower boxes, classic wood louver, wide facia trim and
colonial double doors with large hinges that swing out.
It has panelized wall
sections (not just pre-cut) which saves you time in assembly. All other parts
are pre-cut and ready to assemble.
Optional floor kits can be
purchased with the shed or you can purchase materials at your local home
improvement center and construct a floor yourself. The DuraTemp siding is
pre-fastened onto the wall panels sections which insures that the panels are
square.
All hardware to assembly the shed
is included.

Notes:
First number of the
building size is the truss size (8' x 10' building has trusses 8' wide)
There is roughly a
6" to 8" overhang on buildings
If you are building
your own floor, the floor will need to be the exact size of the shed
A crushed stone base
is recommended that is 1" wider on either side of the shed
A concrete base is
not recommended as the siding overlaps the side of the wood floor about 3" and
there is no moisture barrier. You can retro fit for this, but instructions are not
provided
