Cosmos
storage sheds have three (3) accessories available
Skylight
Kit

A skylight kit is only available for the 8' x 6'
Cosmos storage buildings. This optional accessory allows natural light into your Cosmos vinyl shed.
Each Cosmos skylight kit comes with two panels. You can readily add one or more skylight kits
to a new shed or to any existing Cosmos shed. This Cosmos Skylight is made of durable poly-carbonate
which is weather resistant like the other materials making up your Cosmos shed. Besides durability,
the Cosmos shed skylight is designed for ease of assembly. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to
install.
Cosmos Skylight Kit Features:
- 2 skylights per kit (for the 8’x6’ Cosmos
sheds only)
- Skylight size for the 8 x 6 is approx 50” x 12”. The kit is direct replacement
for roof panels. No cutting is required. These are both model specific
- Easy to assemble - can be

- Made of weather resistant poly-carbonate
- Designed so your shed's roof continues to be waterproof
- Can be added to new or existing Cosmos shed
- You can add as many skylights as you desire
Skylight Installation
for New Cosmos Shed
- Decide which middle roof panel is to be replaced by a skylight panel
- Slide skylight connectors into adjoining roof panels making sure that skylight guide is on top
- Side in skylight panel making sure to follow "this side up - UV Protector" sign on
skylight
- Complete roof assembly as instructed in the manual
Skylight Installation for Existing Cosmos Shed
- Install one panel at a time. Begin by removing the side corner attached to the ends of the
gutter
- Next remove the gutter by removing all of its screws
- Next remove one of the middle roof panels which is to be replaced by the skylight.
- Slide skylight connectors into adjoining roof panels making sure that skylight guide is on top
- Side in skylight panel making sure to follow "this side up - UV Protector" sign on
skylight
- Return gutter and attach screws

Return corner, remembering to re-silicon closings

A window can be added to any Cosmos storage building. This

vinyl like the rest of the Cosmos shed. Besides durability, the Cosmos shed window is designed for ease of
assembly. You can readily add one or more window kits to a new shed or to any existing Cosmos shed in under
an hour.
