The Estate’s classic lines and generous size make it our most versatile shed
kit. Decorative octagonal gable window and single-hung windows are optional.
Window openings are not pre-cut: this allows more possibilities for
customizing.
To build as
pictured, order with one gable window and four window-and-shutter kits. The
kit contains pre-cut, pre-drilled materials for building an attractive,
durable backyard shed, storage barn or wooden playhouse. Step-by-step
instructions with 3-dimensional line drawings make construction nearly
fool-proof.

The Estate Wood Storage
Shed is created using pre-assembled sections for the walls and trusses.
Trim is pre-cut and ready to attach. Windows are not included in the
basic kit. You can optionally purchase them only when ordering the
shed kit.

Before beginning
construction, get a building permit and make sure designs conform to local
building code.
The Estate shed also includes framing
and trim nails, powder coated black door hardware, and fully illustrated, step by
step instructions. And, the shed is covered by our materials replacement
guarantee. If any material in your kit is less than perfect on arrival, we will
gladly replace it at no additional cost to you!

lumberyard, buy shingles, roof edge and roofing nails. Where possible,
choose shingles that match the roof on your home.

The trusses are
designed to handle severe snow loads of 40psf and 90 mph wind
loads. Simpson hurricane hangers are provided. High Wind
trusses are available that meet 140 mph wind load. In
addition, if you live in a high wind area you must securely
anchor the shed to a concrete slab which needs to be poured
prior to shed installation.

a. Decorative Wood Windows
with shutters: Single hung windows with screen and
decorative wood shutters. 18" x 27" dimensions.
These aluminum window provide light and ventilation. Lockable
frames are durable and easy to operate. Window fits between
vertical studs. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled.
Size: 18" x 27".
b. Decorative Gable
windows: Octagonal gable windows illuminate the interior
and beautify the exterior looks. These windows fit above the
front door and/or on the rear window. The gable is the
triangle area above the front and rear vertical walls.
Octagonal window fits
between the vertical studs. Size: 15½" x 15½".
Stain or paint before installation for a clean finish.
