The
Fairview can comfortably store all your tools and gardening supplies. Utilizing the walk-in door creates a stylish look while
providing convenient entry to store lawn tools and small items.
Optional floor kit saves time
and energy. Owner will need to add treated timbers for the floor to rest
on. Other options include single-hung windows and decorative octagon
gable window. Window openings are not pre-cut, so you choose the placement of
windows.
Building
lengths available: 12', 16', 20' and 24' Pre-built doors create a professional
look when your barn raising is completed. Double entry doors provide a
5'-4" wide opening. Primed exterior siding, pre-cut roof sheathing, white
pine trim, black powder coated door hardware, all nails (except for shingles)
are included.

The Fairview Wood Storage Shed is created using pre-assembled sections for
the walls and trusses. Trim is pre-cut and ready to attach. The
pre-assembled sections assure "squareness" and reduce assembly
time. Windows are not included in the basic kit. You can optionally
purchase them only when ordering the shed kit.
The Fairview shed also
includes framing and trim nails, powder coated black door hardware, and
fully illustrated, step by step instructions. And, the shed is covered by
our materials replacement guarantee. If any material in your kit is
less than perfect on arrival, we will gladly replace it at no additional
cost to you!

construction, get a building permit and make sure designs conform to local
building code.

your shed kit. Where noted, wood floor kits are
included with smaller EZ Up shed kits. Larger models

a. Decorative Wood Windows
with shutters: Single hung windows with screen and
decorative wood shutters. 18" x 27" dimensions. These
aluminum window provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames
are durable and easy to operate. Window fits between vertical
studs. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled. Size: 18" x 27".
b. Decorative Gable
windows: Octagonal gable windows illuminate the interior and
beautify the exterior looks. These windows fit above the front
door and/or on the rear window. The gable is the triangle area
above the front and rear vertical walls.
Octagonal window fits between
the vertical studs. Size: 15˝" x 15˝". Stain or paint before
installation for a clean finish.
