to get creative with Roanoke II. Just buy these add-ons from your local home
improvement retailer:

Foundation —
Measurements are the same as the building size. Check building
code regulations before you install foundation. Exterior Walls
— Constructed from 2×4 pre-cut wall studs spaced 16" o.c.
2nd Floor Loft — 2×10
beams supplied for the floor joist support. 2×6 floor joists are spaced
24" on center and covered with 5/8" flooring. 8' wide opening
separates two 8' loft floor sections.
Loft Doors — Door opening
is 40" × 45". Loft door hardware is included.
Door opening — Framed for
optional 8×7 barn doors, or locally-purchased 8×7 overhead garage door.
Hardware — All framing
nails, wood glue for gussets, and 2×4 hangers for trusses are included.
If
picking up at freight terminal, you’ll need a large truck/trailer.
Roanoke II comes on two (2) pallets with a combined weight over 2 tons.
Roof System — Pre-cut
2×6 roof trusses are spaced 24" on center. Pre-cut OSB wood gussets
supplied to secure trusses together. Roof sheathing is 7/16"
structurwood.
Exterior Trim — Pre-cut
1×6 white pine trim is supplied for front and back gables. Pre-cut 1×4
white pine boards are supplied for outside comers. 1×8 white pine boards
are supplied for soffit under eave overhang on sidewalls.
Your wood storage shed is
created using pre-assembled sections for the walls and trusses. Trim is
pre-cut and ready to attach. The pre-assembled sections assure
"squareness" and reduce assembly time.

a. Decorative Wood Windows
with shutters: Single hung windows with screen and
decorative wood shutters. 18" x 27" dimensions. These
aluminum window provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames
are durable and easy to operate. Window fits between vertical
studs. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled. Size: 18" x 27".
b. Decorative Gable
windows: Octagonal gable windows illuminate the interior and
beautify the exterior looks. These windows fit above the front
door and/or on the rear window. The gable is the triangle area
above the front and rear vertical walls.
Octagonal window fits between
the vertical studs. Size: 15½" x 15½". Stain or paint before
installation for a clean finish.
