Optional floor kit saves time and costly material waste. Owner will need to add 4x6 treated timbers for floor to rest on. Other options include window-and-shutter kits. Window openings not pre-cut, so you choose placement of windows. The upper window are 14" x 24" in size. The lower windows are 18" x 36". The front entry door to be purchased locally.

2nd floor loft provides storage for those "where do I put it?" items. Ideal storage for seasonal decorations and your other treasures. Access to loft through a 48" x 66" opening in floor. Ladder to loft area or pull down stairs by owner.

Pre-cut hip rafters, pre-built roof gable along with pre-cut gable trim pose less of a challenge. However, this roof style requires more time and experience than a straight roof design. You may want to hire a professional to install the flashing and roof shingles.

Pre-built doors (6' wide x 6'-9" high opening) are furnished for one end wall. they can be installed on the left or right end of the building. The siding is OSB siding which is then covered with vinyl siding that you buy locally. The 6' wide side door can be placed on either end of the building.

 
Package includes pre-cut roof sheathing, 2x6 loft floor joist covered with OSB siding, white pine trim, nails and door hardware.

Your wood storage shed is created using pre-assembled sections for the walls and trusses. Trim is pre-cut and ready to attach. The pre-assembled sections assure "squareness" and reduce assembly time.  Windows are not included in the basic kit except for the dormer and front windows which are included. You can optionally purchase them only when ordering the shed kit.
 
 

 
 
 

Your  shed also includes framing and trim nails, powder coated black door hardware, and fully illustrated, step by step instructions. And, the shed is covered by our materials replacement guarantee. If any material in your kit is less than perfect on arrival, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you!

For a fast, fool-proof foundation, select the optional wood floor systems for your shed kit. Where noted, wood floor kits are included with smaller EZ Up shed kits. Larger models offer an EZ Up Sheds® wood floor system upgrade. This includes:

II. Materials to buy locally for your Storage Shed
 

From a local lumberyard, buy shingles, roof edge and roofing nails and either a 2' 8" x 6' 8" or 3' 0" x 6' 8" front door. Where possible, choose shingles that match the roof on your home. You also purchase vinyl siding of your choice of color and style.
