Arrow Steel Utility Building
The Utility Building Steel Shed is a multi-purpose storage building designed to be
setup by the homeowner. Extra large swing open doors (93 _" x 75") allow
for easy access of larger items. Available in a several sizes. The interior height
is 94" with a wall height of 76". All frame parts are durable hot-dipped
galvanized steel. It is designed for durability and comes with a 12 year limited
warranty. All buildings must be secured to a base or anchored.

hot-dipped galvanized steel. Wall thickness of .012" galvanized steel. Snow
load rating for this unit is 17lbs / sq. ft. Building rated to withstand 70 mph
"un-sustained" wind. |

We do not provide a foundation or floor, but we
recommend a concrete slab base or a wood foundation so that the building is level
and secure against wind damage. All buildings must be anchored. This kit does not
include an anchoring system. You can purchase them at an additional cost (listed
below)
Foundation: We recommend a poured concrete slab,
however other footings or secure anchors will do as well.

Please check on local building codes and/or talk with a local contractor for more
information before you order on how best to create a solid and secure foundation.
We recommend a poured concrete slab, however other footings or secure anchors will do as
well. These are large buildings and need to be securely anchored to a foundation. Colors:
